About me

Anwar Ravjani My career in holistic therapies started with bodywork therapies, then the healing arts, which lead to homoeopathy and then to acupuncture.

I feel my multi-disciplinary background allows me to be dynamic and responsive to patient needs. My training allows space for movement between disciplines so that I can arrive at the right treatment plan to match the needs of each individual that comes to see me.

My work experience includes drop in centers and private clinics in Chelsea and Islington, spanning 7 years. I currently live in Brighton and hold clinics in Brighton and Islington.

I have regularly, over the years, volunteered in rural community projects in India as a homeopath and acupuncturist which has provided me with a wealth of clinical experience.

Exploring healing modalities is a passion for me. Currently I hold 10 diplomas and have trained at a number of institutions including:

City and Islington College Department of Complementary Therapies
College of Psychic Studies, South Kensington
College of Practical Homoeopathy, North Finchley
College of Shamanic Homoeopathy, Ealing
Holos School of Massage, Islington,
State Ayurveda Hospital, Orrisa, India
Indian Academy of Acupuncture Science, Arungabad, India

I am committed to continued professional development in traditional techniques and new developments.

Patient confidentiality is taken seriously and I abide by codes of professional conduct.

I am a member of the Complementary Therapists Association (CThA) and my insurers are Holistic Insurance Services.
