My practice

At my clinics in Brighton and London (Islington) I combine holistic therapies to create effective individualised treatments. Holistic therapies are concerned with optimising potential for health through strengthening weakened parts of the immune system. The western medical approach focuses on management and fighting disease process. You might say the two approaches deal with opposite ends of the spectrum of health.

I believe an integrated approach to health care is a very effective model to achieve improved health and wellbeing in a way that is safe, and sustainable for each individual.

Our health is a combination of our whole experience. This includes genetic, environmental, lifestyle and mental and emotional factors. These factors work together to create unique patterns of experience in health and disease. This is why extensive consultations are taken, to gather useful information about you and your health.

I don’t believe there is any disease that does not benefit from a holistic approach to treatment. A course of treatment in most circumstances leads to a return to improved health. Where this is not possible we can at least assist in helping manage a condition and help ensure that your immune system is the best that it can be to fight disease.
